Booking Appointments Online
- When booking online you will need to pay up front for your appointment, to secure your spot.
- To avoid paying upfront online either call the clinic or rebook with your favourite therapist when leaving your previous appointment.
Parking
- We have convenient client car parking outside both our Rangiora and Kaiapoi locations making it even easier to come and see us!
Cancellation and Lateness
Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we will do our very best to accommodate you. We kindly ask that you give no less than 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellations: No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Late rescheduling and no shows ultimately results in other clients missing out on appointment opportunities and disrupts the work schedule for the therapist.
You will receive an SMS reminder the day before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment date and time.
Most of our online bookings now require a nonrefundable payment of the value of appointment, if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
If you are using a Gift Voucher, you will be required to pay a deposit to secure the booking but it will be refunded at the time of settling the bill after the treatment.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 mins late, your treatment time will be reduced so that the next appointment does not start late. The full appointment cost will still be charged
